Planchette was founded in 2012, in Providence, Rhode Island, by filmmaker A. V. Carraway. The goal of the collaborative is to unite women creatives in filmmaking, screenwriting, music, and costume design. Each year, the collaborative releases a short film, also called extreme slideshows, accompanied by live musical performances.
The following stills come from the film installation, Hidden Gemz. The full video follows the stills. Hidden Gemz Group Show sponsored by Outpost Journal, Looping Video Installation, runtime 7:40.
